Veritas Wellness uses a variety of noninvasive techniques that help restore the body’s natural functions. BodyTalk, NeuroModulation Technique, Integrated Energy Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Tapas Acupressure Technique integrate seamlessly in sessions and are customized to each client’s needs and individual health goals.



BodyTalk is a therapy that allows your body’s energy systems to be re-synchronized so they can operate as nature intended. When a body is operating at its optimal level, each cell, system and atom is in constant communication with each other at all times. Through exposure to stresses of day-to-day life, these lines of communication can become compromised, which can lead to a decline in physical, emotional and/or mental health.


NeuroModulation Technique (NMT)

NMT is an informational medicine technique that corrects the source of illness—the confusion that can interrupt our innate ability to heal.  Illness is the result of informational confusion and faults in the systems responsible for keeping the body functioning smoothly, making the body unable to maintain the balanced well functioning state that wellness requires.


Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)

IET is an energy therapy system that gets the ‘issues out of your tissues’, releasing limiting energy patterns. IET works with the cellular memory and energetic field to release blockages and imprint positive energy, helping bolster the body.


Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique, created by Gary Craig, is a simple yet powerful technique for relieving fears, phobias, PTSD, and many other physical and emotional conditions.  The technique uses gentle tapping on acupressure points to release the negative ‘charge’ of memories, events, thoughts, and feelings.  Simple and easy to learn, it is empowering to take control of your emotional health by having a tool to use when the need arises.  Click here to see how to use EFT.


Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT)

Tapas Acupressure Technique, created by Tapas Fleming, is a technique used to clear allergic reactions, past traumatic events, and other physical and emotional conditions. The technique uses a series of statements, repeated while holding energetic meridian points, to release disruptions.  Instructions for using TAT are available here.


Sessions last approximately 50 minutes. The client rests in a comfortable position. The practitioner uses a standardized biofeedback method, holding the wrist lightly, to prioritize areas of the body to be balanced. Light tapping is used on specific areas of the body.
