Sarah Lascano is an alternative health practitioner with certification in BodyTalk and complementary techniques. She became interested in holistic health during her journey to improve her own health. While suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, adrenal dysfunction, and multiple food sensitivities, she learned about the mind-body connection and the body’s energy system. After meeting with a variety of doctors, she was told there was no way to treat her symptoms.  Turning to the world of alternative and integrative health, she initially saw improvement with supplementation and diet changes, but true healing remained elusive. Energy healing provided the missing link, and she now finds great joy in helping others discover healing on their wellness journeys.

Having suffered from a chronic illness, Sarah knows the frustrations and difficulty of being on a healing journey where answers are not always easy to find.  She used many different healing techniques and approaches, including diet, naturopathy, homeopathy, energy medicine, herbal medicine and more. Her personal experiences bring empathy and compassion, as well as first-hand knowledge, complementing her sessions.

Sarah strives to offer exceptional service and cutting edge techniques. Continuing education is a priority and an interest. Sarah has attended a variety of training classes and continues to do so, enriching her offerings to clients.
